If shipping to another address please let me know for shipping costs to that particular address. I will not ship to another address without being notified.
We welcome international buyers! Please contact me to process the item as I will send you an invoice with the accurate costs to your country. Insurance is also required on all international packages, due to the higher risk of loss and damage. It is illegal for me to send packages as gifts.
International Buyers, PayPal payments are preferred, US Dollars only please. Please include your telephone number with your payment. The Post Office requires this. Orders are sent out within 3 business days excluding Weekends and Holidays. Orders can be expected within 3-14 days, depending on payment and mailing preference. International Orders please read: I only ship clothing “First Class Mail International Parcel Package”, all Puzzles, Toys and any other large item will only ship at “Priority Mail International Parcel Package”.
Please email for shipping quote for your country. Also any item over (3) three pounds will not be shipped First Class International Parcel Package!
Vintage and used clothing are rarely 100% perfect, so please read the item description and look at the photos carefully before you purchase. Refunds will not be given for imperfections that are noted in the listing.
Please take into consideration that refunds will also not be given due to odors, as they are often outside of my control. Vintage items have a history, all their own which sometimes includes an odd smell like (smoke, dust, mustiness, etc.).
I will accept returns on items that arrive with flaws or issues that were not covered in the item listing, if I am contacted within three (3) days of the buyer receiving the item. Before a refund is issued you need to take two (2) pictures of all damaged items and email them to me. Please ship back in original box and wrappings as well as how it was shipped to you by the same service
Refunds, store credits and exchanges are accepted. After I receive the item your refund etc will be either mailed, or charged back to you Google account. Items can be returned. Refunds are issued for product only. No refunds for shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. There is a $10 re-stocking fee. No refunds accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) number.
I do refund on over payments on shipping.
We ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. A $ .50 cents handling fee is required on all packages to help cover the high cost of packing supplies. Packages less than 4 pounds will be shipped Priority Mail at my discretion only, for heavier packages I will use Parcel Post, unless it is your preference to ship priority. Pennsylvania residents are required to pay (six) 6% State Tax. Delivery Confirmation insurance is included on all packages, and Signature Confirmation will be required on all packages with a value over $100.
We do not share any information obtained from our customers with any third parties. All information is held in the strictest confidence. We do not send bulk email. We do not make unsolicited telephone calls. We may send occasional emails with special offers and/or follow-ups, which we believe, are essential to build and maintain a business relationship.
